Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices with proper approvals and documentation.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs; resolve discrepancies.

• Reconcile credit card statements and post to general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and audits.
• Provide professional assistance to vendors, cardholders, and city departments.
