Responsibilities

• Process employee bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Review time records, payroll calculations, and deductions, resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll tax documentation and reports for review.
• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll and vendor accounts and support month-end close.
• Assist with audits and maintain supporting documentation.
