Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in high-volume accounts payable or professional services is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain professional standards.

Responsabilités

• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor master data.
• Verify vendor invoices, allocate to GL accounts, and submit for approval.
• Process payments via check, ACH, and wire; manage reimbursements.
• Maintain organized payment documentation and ensure compliance.
• Prepare high-volume invoices and payment import files for ERP interfaces.
