This role partners with leadership to manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely, accurate payments, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic automotive environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in an office accounting setting, dealership experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in an office/accounting environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting.
• Conscientious, detail-oriented, and dependable in completing duties.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate posting in the correct period.
• Prepare monthly check runs and on-demand payments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with vendor policies and collect/issue W9s.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP schedules for monthly reporting.
