You will process invoices, code in Spectrum or similar ERP, reconcile statements, coordinate payments, and assist with month-end tasks. This hands-on assignment offers potential extension or conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices and payments in accounts payable.
• Proficient with ERP systems used for accounting.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing from invoices to payments.
• Enter and code invoices in the ERP with accuracy and obtain approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with vendors to address questions and maintain relationships.
• Process payments (checks, ACH, and other electronic methods).
• Support month-end AP activities and reporting.
