Job summary

Optimas OE Solutions in the United States (Wood Dale, IL) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and supports all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.

You will review invoices, reconcile vendor statements, manage vendor relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing AP, knowledge of NetSuite or Epicor, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, 3‑way match, and vendor management best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Review and enter invoices and credit memos timely and accurately
• Reconcile vendor statements periodically vs our vendor ledger and investigate variances
• Manage vendor relationships and build effective partnerships
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies to identify root cause

• Ability to follow-through on tasks and objectives
