Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced International Accounts Payable Specialist to support AP operations across the UK, Singapore, and other locations. The role focuses on cross-border payments and multi-currency handling within a global finance team.

The position requires strong AP background, experience with Oracle Fusion and Workday, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders across time zones, including India and London. Hybrid work in West Chester, PA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with international banking or cross-border payment transactions.
• Experience handling European/UK currencies and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Workday.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice processing, payments, and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment processing, data entry, and bank applications.
• Process and manage international banking payments across multiple currencies, with a focus on European transactions.
• Work closely with AP teams in India and support international operations as needed, including early morning hours starting around 7:00 AM EST.
• Partner with global stakeholders, including HR and Tax teams in London, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion and Workday for AP processing, reporting, and related financial activities.
• Ensure transactions comply with established financial controls and applicable international banking requirements.
• Resolve payment and invoice issues while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 1 day per week in office (preferably Wednesday)

Duration: 12+ Months

Schedule: Early start, 7:00 AM EST as needed

We are seeking an experienced International Accounts Payable Specialist to join a global finance service team supporting AP operations across multiple international locations, including the UK and Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional who understands international payments, multi-currency transactions, and global finance operations, and who is comfortable working with stakeholders across different time zones.

Responsibilities

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $30 to $35/hr.
