Cedar Valley Hospice Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Waterloo, IA, working full-time with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This role focuses on processing invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding, and maintaining vendor records within the organization’s internal controls. You will also handle cash deposits, assist with month-end close, and support audits and reporting while collaborating with the Finance Team in a nonprofit healthcare setting.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll work collaboratively with Finance Team members and department leaders to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately, appropriate approvals are obtained, and financial information is maintained in accordance with organizational policies and internal controls.
