Responsibilities

• Review, match, and process vendor invoices.
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments and check runs.
• File and scan payment documentation.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up internally.
• Research and resolve vendor payment issues.
• Run and analyze AP aging reports.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Perform other accounting duties as needed.

About the Role

Power Monitors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and supporting general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, match, and process vendor invoices
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments and check runs
• File and scan payment documentation
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up internally

• Run and analyze AP aging reports
• Support month-end closing processes
• Perform other accounting duties as needed
