Job summary

Cogent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Tampa, FL seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator II to manage high-volume AP tasks with accuracy. You will perform 3-way matching for US, Canada, and manufacturing plants, using SAP FUSION and Wise, while ensuring policy compliance and timely payments.

You will collaborate with buyers and vendors, resolve invoice issues, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience.
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Process a high volume of invoices (75–100 per day).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions via 3-way matching for US, Canada, and/or manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate AP activities to ensure timely payments using SAP FUSION, Wise, or the Canada platform.
• Champion AP processes to ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked/blocked invoices.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
• Propose improvements to shared services processes and workflows.
• Participate in special projects impacting shared services and client goals.

Job Description:

• Have autonomy to electronically process accounts payable transactions by way of 3- way matching for L'USA, Canada and/or our Manufacturing plants
• Coordinate activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or the Canada platform
• Function as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with client-approved policies and procedures
• Influence and work collaboratively with buyers, vendors, and various business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices
• Leverage your customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues
• Be empowered to think outside of the box and offer new and creative solutions and ways of working to improve our shared services environment
• Be involved in special projects that impact our shared services working environment and overall client business goals

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years accounts payable experience required
• High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
• Process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day)
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred
• Must be willing and able to work overtime during peak demand periods and the monthly closing cycle
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including but not limited to working knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Consumer products background preferred
• Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred
