Job summary

Cogent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Tampa, FL seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator II to manage high-volume AP tasks with accuracy. You will perform 3-way matching for US, Canada, and manufacturing plants, using SAP FUSION and Wise, while ensuring policy compliance and timely payments.

You will collaborate with buyers and vendors, resolve invoice issues, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience.
• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Process a high volume of invoices (75–100 per day).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions via 3-way matching for US, Canada, and/or manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate AP activities to ensure timely payments using SAP FUSION, Wise, or the Canada platform.
• Champion AP processes to ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked/blocked invoices.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
• Propose improvements to shared services processes and workflows.
• Participate in special projects impacting shared services and client goals.
