Job summary

Taylor White in Tampa, Florida seeks an AP Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, owning end-to-end accounts payable tasks and driving process improvements.

You will manage the AP inbox, review invoices for accuracy, run weekly ACHs, set up vendors, handle 1099s and 3-way matching, and collaborate with teams to optimize workflows.

This role offers base salary plus discretionary bonus and a 401(k) with company match, with room to grow as the company expands.

• Supporting a multi-entity structure
