Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor invoice processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment, meet deadlines and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Verify approval and coding on all invoices and payment requests.
• Enter and process vendor invoices.
• Prepare and process checks, ACH, and wires for weekly payments.
• Audit and verify expense reports.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain accounts payable digital files.
• Support 1099 preparation.
• Assist with audit preparation.
• Respond to AP inquiries.
• Assist with other duties within the accounting department.
