What you’ll be responsible for
- Accounts Payable (50–75%)
- Processing invoices, managing payments, and handling mail (including brief post office runs a couple times a week)
- Accounts Receivable (~20%)
- Invoicing, billing, check deposits, and A/R tracking
- Light Excel work and coordination with an external accounting partner (very straightforward)
