We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, preparing payments, and supporting accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time W-2 position
• $59,400 to $66,000 annually, depending on experience
• In-office position based in New Bern, NC
