Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and payable records in a fast-paced industrial services environment. The role is based in North Houston and requires 100% in-office work.

The responsibilities include processing and coding invoices, managing vendor inquiries, reconciling discrepancies, supporting various payment methods, and assisting with month-end activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Background in construction, industrial services, or similar industries preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP workflows.
