Job summary

Amiad USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team in a full-time remote role. The position manages day-to-day accounts payable activities, processes vendor invoices, and supports month-end close with journal entries.

You will reconcile statements, prepare expense reports, maintain accounting records, resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to process improvements while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Accounting and Finance with understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Experience with Expense Reports and vendor invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting), including posting and reconciling entries for month-end close.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting, familiarity with ERP or accounting software, and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, effective written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
