Job summary

ZAGG Brands is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Utah to manage end-to-end AP functions including invoice processing, vendor setup, and payments. You will maintain vendor relations, ensure timely settlements, and support month-end close while contributing to system improvements and scalable processes.

The role requires 2+ years of Full Cycle AP experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and accounting software such as GP and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with Full Cycle Accounts Payable.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Understanding of workflow processes and process improvements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with process improvements and system implementation. (Not required)
• Knowledge of accounting software and systems, preferably Microsoft GP and NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Record vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Setup new vendors, including requesting W-9’s
• Help manage the shared AP Email inbox
• Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, ACH, wire transfers, or credit cards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors by addressing any payment issues, discrepancies, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Complete PO 3-way match
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall accounts payable workflow.
