• 1–3 years of AP experience preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
• Set up new vendors and verify banking information.
• Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and requests.
• Coordinate weekly check runs.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals
• Set up new vendors and verify banking information
• Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries
• Match invoices to purchase orders and requests
• Coordinate weekly check runs
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Handle credit memos and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate AP ledger and aging reports
• Prepare monthly accruals and support audit requests
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Assist with year-end 1099 filings
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AP experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
