Summary:

The Accounts Payable Administrator compiles and maintains accounts payable record.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices.
• Properly code, sort, match and input invoices into system.
• Reconciles bills and balances accounts.
• Identifies and resolves any discrepancies on vendor accounts.
• Tracks all payment and transaction records using Quickbooks.
• Maintains vendor files with assistance from reception.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Position reports to the accounting supervisor
