• Preferred HOA industry experience.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices; ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
• Prepare and execute timely payments via check, ACH, or wire; maintain detailed payment records.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and property management on coding of invoices.
• Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable (accruals and reporting).
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Support process improvements to enhance accuracy in AP workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.
