Job summary

Spectrum Staffing Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP in a fast-paced environment. You will record invoices, ensure proper approvals, and support accounting operations.

You will gain hands-on exposure to full-cycle processes, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable, ideally across multiple entities.
• Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and payment execution.
