Job summary

Freudenberg Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. in Durham, NC seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to efficiently process vendor invoices and expense reports, resolve holds, and ensure timely payments.

The role requires strong SAP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication within an international team. The ideal candidate will maintain vendor records, support year-end audits, and collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies, improving accuracy and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• SAP experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within an international team

Responsibilities
