Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in Plymouth, Michigan. You will prepare journal entries, maintain reconciliations, and produce accurate financial reports while upholding internal controls and accounting standards.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify risks and opportunities, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least two years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving results, improving processes, or contributing to positive business outcomes through financial or accounting activities.
• Evidence of learning agility, increasing responsibility, and success working beyond traditional job scope through projects, cross‑functional initiatives, or new challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and a working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
