Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in the United States (North Carolina) to manage invoice processing, vendor setup, and payment runs. You will handle vendor inquiries, support audits, and ensure accurate master data with SAP experience.

The role requires an associate degree in accounting (bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in accounts payable, along with strong analytical and communication skills. You will collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Investigate and resolve invoice holds and vendor inquiries.
• Set up new vendors including W-9 and banking verification.
• Maintain vendor master records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve PO discrepancies.
• Support year-end audits with accounts payable documentation.
• Process check, ACH, and wire payment runs.
