Vaco Denver is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist/Bookkeeper to join our valued client in the renewable energy sector! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers hybrid work flexibility. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare cash journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Analyze monthly prepaid schedules and suggest necessary reclassification entries.
* Manage the company's accounts payable and receivables to ensure timely processing and appropriate distribution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
* Experience with Sage Intacct software is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience (1-2 years) in invoicing, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, or purchasing is beneficial, though not obligatory.
