Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established policies and controls. Responsibilities

• Executes assigned Accounts Payable responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and timely.


• Monitors workload and proactively communicates priorities, concerns, and capacity with leadership.


• Research and resolves invoices, purchase order, pricing, payment, and supplier-related issues.


• Reviews and maintains process documentation and standard operating procedures.


• Proactively identifies issues, trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.


• Supports compliance requirements, internal controls, audits, reporting, and special projects.
