The Beaver Excavating Co. in New York is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day invoicing and payments. This role ensures invoices are coded, entered, and paid accurately while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
You will match invoices to purchase orders, code receipts, perform data entry, and resolve AP issues. Strong Microsoft Office skills and good communication are essential; receptionist rotation may be required.
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable process by ensuring invoices are accurately coded, entered, and paid in a timely manner while maintaining positive vendor and internal relationships.
