Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in reviewing, verifying, recording, adjusting and balancing financial transactions.
• Notes: substitution options include accounting coursework, military finance experience, or training in journalizing, posting to general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with State and agency fiscal policies and procedures.
• Review, verify and process invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Provide fiscal office support including travel documentation, expense review, donation account tracking, and vendor file maintenance.
