Altus Spine is hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for on-site work in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on full-cycle AP/AR, vendor and customer interactions, and collaboration across Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure accurate BOMs and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of hands-on AP/AR or general accounting in manufacturing / corporate environment.
• Experience with vendor invoices, customer payments, reconciliations, and account analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and resolve backorders, shortages, and order confirmations daily.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, hospitals, and sales reps about status, pricing, and fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to maintain Bills of Materials and support operations.
