CCL Healthcare Sioux Falls is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage day-to-day financial transactions, invoicing, and cash collection in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and collaboration across departments to improve processes and financial reporting. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 6 months of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
• 6 months or more experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable to process invoices, deposits, and payments daily.
• Ensures timely payment of invoices to vendors.
• Ensures timely collection of payments from customers.
• Prepares and issues invoices to customers based on sales agreements.
• Collaborates with other CCL Label sites to handle intercompany transfers and invoices.
• Monitors and records incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Applies payments to appropriate customer accounts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Communicates with customers regarding overdue payments and follows up on collections.
• Produces regular AR/AP status, aging, and collection reports for management.
