Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Experience submitting customer invoices through Ariba/OpenInvoice portals.
• Strong payables experience including PO-to-invoice matching and vendor statement reconciliation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and billing through portals such as Ariba/OpenInvoice.
• Prepare and process customer invoices on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing and billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Match vendor purchase orders to invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
