A detail-oriented candidate with strong accounting knowledge will excel in resolving discrepancies efficiently. Primary duties include processing customer invoices via Ariba/OpenInvoice, PO-to-invoice matching, and vendor statement reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent, relevant accounting experience.
• Solid accounting background with understanding of AP/AR functions.
• Experience submitting customer invoices via Ariba or OpenInvoice.
• Strong AP experience including PO-to-invoice matching and vendor statement reconciliation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Submit customer invoices through portals such as Ariba and OpenInvoice.
• Prepare and process customer invoices on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing and billing discrepancies promptly.
• Match vendor POs to invoices and process vendor invoices on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
