Qualifications

• One year of experience in an office environment; accounts payable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of accounts payable practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies invoices from facilities.
• Ensures proper COA coding is applied.
• Runs reports as directed by the accounting supervisor.
• Maintains vendor files and communications.
• Processes payments to vendors as directed.
• Communicates with vendors and facilities regarding accounts payables.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
• Keeps patient and employee information confidential.
