Job summary

Cadillac Coffee Company is seeking a detail-oriented accounts payable and purchasing professional based in Troy, MI. This role focuses on day-to-day AP and PO management to ensure accurate inventory valuation and strong vendor relations, while promoting food safety culture throughout the organization.

You will execute three-way matches, maintain ERP data accuracy in Acctivate, and prepare weekly payment batches for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and track Purchase Orders for vendors based on established minimums.
• Run and update reports and minimums in the ERP system.
• Perform three-way matching by reconciling invoices against POs and receiving slips before payment entry.
• Maintain and operate the 3rd party bill pay system.
• Enter data into the Acctivate ERP to keep inventory sub-ledgers and job costs accurate.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors including onboarding and invoice inquiries.
