Qualifications

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests.
• Verify invoices and ensure approvals and documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements.
• Handle purchasing requests and track orders and deliveries.
• Prepare routine journal entries and assist with financial reporting.
