Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of related experience, or an Associate's degree with 1+ year experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Broad knowledge in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Procure to Pay.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems and P2P platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and internal departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoice status, payment timing, and account discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Manage the full invoice processing cycle: receive, review, approve, remittance date, and payment.
• Verify header information and PO line matching on invoices.
• Ensure invoices comply with PO and subcontract terms; resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve moderately complex invoice holds (price/quantity variance, tax withholding).
• Apply state and federal tax withholding policies to applicable invoices.
• Compile data and prepare AP reports.
• Assist with Corporate Travel Card airfare charges and allocations.
• Perform ad hoc duties and participate in strategic goal teams.
