RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an AP Voucher Processing Rep in Oceanport, NJ. The role supports accurate invoice and voucher processing across the organization, coordinating among vendors and internal teams to ensure timely payments.

A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, policy compliance, and professional communication. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in Accounts Payable or finance, experience with invoice processing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or finance experience.
• Experience with invoice or voucher processing.
• Ability to research and resolve invoice, vendor, approval, and payment-related issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vouchers accurately in accordance with AP policies.
• Work in OCR and ERP systems to manage assigned tasks.
• Research invoice, voucher, vendor, approval, and payment issues to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate delays and issues to management and end users.
• Prepare AP documentation for audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Balance and reconcile figures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal customers to resolve AP issues.
• Provide team coverage and support for special projects as needed.
