Job description

Join to apply for the Accounts Payable Processor role at LHH.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in Phoenix seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Processor. This is an open-ended contract, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, fully onsite. The hourly rate is $23/hr.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process up to 200 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Review and verify invoices and payment requests.
  3. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  4. Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors or internal departments as needed.
  5. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  6. Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation.
  7. Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to AP.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
  3. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus).
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Reliable and committed to the full 6-month contract term.

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
