Summary:

This position oversees collection efforts and delinquency controls, ensuring accurate and prompt billing and receipt of owed money.

Details:
  • Remote - U.S. Based, All States Eligible
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train collection staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage collection procedures and compliance
  • Communicate with customers and negotiate repayment plans
  • Initiate legal actions and repossessions when necessary
  • Maintain records and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in finance required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum five years in collections, with supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relations software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of collection laws and data analysis
