The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, as well as assisting with general ledger reconciliations.
• Utilizing J.D. Edwards software to enter financial data, track expenditures, and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Applying 10-key by touch skills to ensure rapid and precise data entry of financial information.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing inquiries and maintain organized records.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 1-3 years of AP/AR and General Ledger experience.
• 10-key by touch.
• Excellent organization & people skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• 15,000+ keystrokes per hour.
• Experience using J.D. Edwards.
• Real estate or construction background.

Pay Rate $ 23.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
