Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related finance function.
• Familiarity with AP cycle: invoices, PO matching, vendor management, payments and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar accounting platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP inbox: invoices, vendor inquiries, statements.
• Process vendor invoices, code, and prepare for approval/payment.
• Perform PO matching and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues.
• Manage company credit card activity and reconcile expenses.
• Maintain vendor records and AP documentation.
• Assist with payments, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Perform manual accounting tasks as needed with accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline AP processes.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve workflows.
