Christian Dior Couture in Cranbury Township, NJ seeks a Temp Processor, Accounts Payable to process invoices, perform 3-way matching in Coupa, and reconcile statements.

You will work with internal partners to resolve discrepancies blocking posting to SAP, and support other AP tasks. SAP, Coupa, and Excel proficiency plus attention to detail are required.

This temporary role offers exposure to enterprise ERP systems and benefits, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable
• SAP experience required
• Experience with Coupa or other P2P system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Detail oriented and quick learner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactively partner with others
• Adapt to change and respond to business needs

Responsibilities

• Validate incoming invoices using OCR (Kofax)
• Process invoices with 3-way matching in Coupa
• Resolve invoice discrepancies blocking posting to SAP with internal partners
• Run reports of blocked invoices
• Process invoice uploads in SAP
• Enter manual invoices in SAP
• Reconcile statements
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external partners
• Other related duties as assigned
