Summit Line Construction, a subsidiary of Quanta Services, is seeking a Director of Accounts Payable to lead a growing AP team based at our Heber City, UT headquarters. You will own end-to-end AP processes, optimize controls, drive automation, and partner with IT, regional leaders and operations to scale across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading AP in a multi-site organization, preferably in construction or energy.
• Proven ability to drive AP automation, process improvements and efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls in AP processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a growing AP team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations: invoicing, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Manage PCard program, vendor data integrity, and month-end close activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation projects, and IT/system integrations (JDE).
• Provide AP reporting, controls, and audit support across regions.
