Qualified Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Macon, Georgia. The role covers payroll processing for ~90 employees and accounts payable duties using Deltek Vantagepoint, with timekeeping and administrative support across the function.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/office management and 3+ years of relevant experience, including payroll and vendor management, in a on-site Macon setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounting support, or related field.
• Experience with PayDay and/or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for ~90 employees.
• Process accounts payable through Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Enter invoices and prepare payments per procedures.
• Reconcile credit card statements and vendor records.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
