Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst in San Jose, CA to join a global finance transformation program. You will support discovery, requirements validation, testing, deployment readiness, go-live, and stabilization across multiple countries.

You will develop end-to-end UAT scenarios, coordinate with AP teams, and help drive compliant, future-state invoice processing controls. Strong analytic and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or AP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, and controls.
• Experience in UAT, deployment, go-live, or hyper-care initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP Operations representative across deployment lifecycle.
• Validate requirements reflect real-world invoice processing controls and workflows.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and business test scripts, then execute UAT.

Our client, a global organization supporting finance transformation, is seeking an Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Transformation Analyst, you will be part of the Accounts Payable Operations transformation effort, supporting global invoice intake and processing transformation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication, and a practical, process-focused mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as a dedicated Accounts Payable Operations representative across the deployment lifecycle, supporting discovery, process reviews, business requirement validation, testing, deployment readiness, go-live, hyper-care, and stabilization.

• Represent AP operational requirements throughout the program by validating that documented requirements and configured solutions reflect real-world invoice processing controls, approval workflows, exception handling, and operating procedures.

• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and business test scripts based on actual AP operational activities, then execute UAT to confirm business outcomes—not just system functionality.

• Support deployment readiness and go-live by validating user preparedness, operational readiness, support processes, and readiness activities with country AP teams.

• During hyper-care, act as an AP user to help identify, investigate, prioritize, elevate, and resolve issues while monitoring adoption, operational effectiveness, exception trends, and process performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, exception management, controls, and payment of readiness processes.

• Experience participating in UAT, deployment, go-live, hyper-care, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple countries.
