Job summary

Mezzetta is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in American Canyon, CA to lead day-to-day AP operations, process invoices, and scale the function with modern controls. This hands-on role works cross-functionally to implement new technologies and achieve best-in-class AP standards.

You will mentor the AP team, manage vendor relations, ensure timely payments, and drive month-end close accuracy. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 5–7 years of experience are preferred, with ERP system

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of AP experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; IFS ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP day-to-day including invoice entry, validation, routing, and payments.
• Supervise and mentor the AP team to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Procurement forPO processing and discrepancies.
• Maintain partner relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee Corporate Card program, travel, and expenses compliance.
• Support month-end close and AP compliance reporting.
• Lead AP tech improvements like OCR and electronic approvals.
