Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the day-to-day AP operations, invoicing, approvals, and payments for EverOn Operations. You will ensure accurate recording of operating expenses, service contracts, and project expenditures, coordinating with facility managers, project teams, and finance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and experience managing vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience is required.
• 2+ years of AP supervision or equivalent leadership experience is required.
• Experience in Property/Construction/Engineering/Real estate or project-based industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily accounts payable process from invoice receipt through payment and filing.
• Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, coding, and policy compliance.
• Allocate costs to facility, client, contract, work order, or project accurately.
• Process invoices for facility services, maintenance, utilities, and other operating expenses.
• Manage recurring invoices, POs, service agreements, and contract-based billing.
• Assist with project cost reporting and month-end accruals.
• Prepare payment runs and support documentation for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP subledgers.
• Support internal reporting and audits.
