Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls.
• Knowledge of 1099 rules and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AP: invoice entry, approvals, and payment runs.
• Maintain vendor records and onboarding/compliance docs.
• Reconcile AP aging reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and audits.
• Train and mentor AP staff to improve processes.
