Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years experience in AP, claims, or insurance operations.
• 3+ years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of TPA environments, claims processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all claims payables operations across clients and lines of business.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and client requirements.
• Manage audits, reporting, and financial risk related to claim payments.
• Drive automation and system enhancements.
• Monitor payment accuracy, timeliness, and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Hire, develop, and lead AP staff.
